While it's normal to have moments of resistance (as the nervous system can feel safe in sticking with what's familiar and breaking old patterns feels "threatening" to the habitual way of doing something), we ultimately want to unpack what's coming up and see it as a messenger from the body.
This can sometimes show up in tapping sessions and can even block the therapeutic effect if we don't turn towards the resistance and see what it's about. We ultimately want to get curious about the resistance and clear what is causing it to keep popping up.
