When tending to a body that continually reveals and asks for something new, it can become overwhelming and exhausting!
It can feel like nothing is working.
It can feel like you don't know who to trust.
The next steps can feel murky, unclear, and confusing.
It might feel defeating when what previously works no longer seems effective.
It might feel dark to be where you are, but even darker to not know how to get out of the mud.
(I get it: perhaps more than you know!)
Here's to tapping through the fear and seeing what happens when we settle some of the mental chatter & truly learn to trust and tend to the body in the most loving & generous way.
We can choose how we respond to life with grace, patience, maybe even humor, especially when the body seems to be surprising us & continually testing us. (Yes, this is your test, sweet friends. How graceful can you be while still living in this body, just as it is?)
