Support for Long-Haulers
Chronic Symptoms • 11m
We all know someone who experienced the chronic symptoms associated with you-know-what. You might be that person.
You might be wondering: how long is this going to last? Am I going to feel this way forever? Will I ever get back to enjoying my life in the ways I used to before I got sick?
Perhaps you're doubting your ability to heal. Perhaps you're feeling sad and scared that no one seems to have the answers and that no matter what treatments you try, you can't seem to shake this virus.

I also know that with time, the body will heal. It's in our best interest to give it the time and space to do so, no matter how long that ends up being.
After tapping, do you notice any shifts as it relates to this healing journey? Any thoughts feel less charged or surprisingly softer? Share below, if you'd like!
