Over seriousness, rigidity....a sense of obligation, fear, doom, panic....I know these feelings well.
I lived most of my “health journey” in a trance of muscling my way through the day.
What felt fun? Almost nothing.
This is not fun, let me tell you!
For those that feel the weight of it all, stuck in a veil of seriousness....IT'S TIME TO RESURRECT THE FUN.
I can’t say it enough: this life is short! So short. Let’s make it a good one. Let's CHOOSE to make it a good one.
Let’s make it fun now, as if it were our last day to do so...because it very well could be.
