You've probably heard how important it is to release trapped emotions. You may have also heard how when emotions get "stuck" in the body, it can create a range of physical symptoms related to a dysregulated immune system: impaired digestion + food sensitivities, insomnia, chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, brain fog, joint pain, etc.

If for some reason this feels too intense or too stimulating, there is no need to push through. We always want to go at the pace of the nervous system and always choose what is most loving when it comes to supporting ourselves.
