It might feel impossible to imagine a day where you don't feel these symptoms, but I wanted to jump in and remind you: you won't be healing or managing forever.
In the same way a butterfly is not meant to stay in its cocoon, you were never meant to be "stuck" dealing with depersonalization, derealization, or the unique blended states that come with these symptoms.
And while it feels like nothing has really worked and you're getting tired of dealing with these symptoms, I also want to remind you that part of this experience is your brain's way of trying to protect you from something that felt too big to handle at the time these symptoms started.
As you start to see how these symptoms reveal the path towards feeling safe, grounded, and able to trust what you need moment to moment, they simultaneously start to melt away.
Let me know what comes up for you during this tapping sequence. If something still could use some tending, I am always happy to make another video to address what needs some extra attention.
