What an interesting time!
The last few months have been asking us to pause, reflect, and adjust according to what is no longer working and choosing to lean into exactly where life is guiding us to go.
That can feel SO scary, especially while managing symptoms, flare-ups, and sometimes getting stuck in routines and rhythms that are no longer supportive and actually starting to feel rigid and burdensome to keep up with.
This is a time to gracefully reimagine how you'd like to show up for your life and being courageous enough to step into this invitation.
