Do you ever notice how when you try to wind down and rest, your mind often kicks up in activity?
You might notice your mind replaying scenarios, going over what-ifs, second guessing how something went, chewing and chewing on something but not finding any clarity in the process of that rumination.
If you're human, this spiraling and increased mental activity might make you feel squirmy and anything but restful.
Let's make space for the brain to do what it must do AND find some spaciousness and ease around it, shall we?
