I know from personal experience that pushing and forcing against the body never seems to work. Interestingly, listening to its symptoms and seeing them as messengers and even something to honor and surrender to starts to soften the experience.
Without even doing much or trying to force the body to hurry up and feel better, we end up feeling better when we simply allow and trust the body to do what it needs to.
