Living with chronic pain/discomfort/inflammation is quite the teacher.
Whether it's chronic joint pain, an injury that still lingers years after the fact, a continually tender belly, hormonal migraines, or mystery aches and pains in odd places, these sensations can feel downright distracting!
It might bring up sadness... It might feel heavy to manage day after day.
It might be infuriating when no matter what you try, you fail to get relief!
But what if we can carry the heavy load with a sense of lightness, a sense of compassion, even a bit of neutrality leaning towards self-kindness? What if the body is speaking and this is your chance to respond in the most loving way you've had yet to practice until now?
