I've heard varying iterations of:
"I feel so behind in life"
"I can't believe this is what my life looks like"
"I'll never get this time back"
"It feels like my life is passing me by..."
These are thoughts I personally experienced in the thickest layers of illness where I physically could not work, could not digest real food, could not sleep, and had only the energy to focus on staying alive.
Our society likes to preach that we need to hit certain milestones by certain points, or else...BUT, who the heck came up with the idea that there is a right way to be a human?
You are not behind. Everything you are experiencing is perfectly timed for your greatest growth. Use this sequence when you need the reminder that your life looks EXACTLY as it's supposed to: everything meant for you will come to you when the time is right.
The conversation that keeps coming up sounds like a confused soup of:
"Will I have to be healing forever" paired with "I don't even know if I can heal..."
As we can glean from nature: nothing lasts forever. Everything is in motion, everything is always changing, including us! Yet, we forget! The brain tricks us: we think that because this is how things are, this is how they will be for the rest of our lives. (This turns out to never be the case!)
And what about not BELIEVING we can heal? This thought might take some time to release...so that's why I made this sequence for you.
