It can be easy to go through life sleepwalking, feeling overly-serious, feeling down, feeling overwhelmed, always feeling rushed. I get it because this is how I lived most of my life. It wasn't until my "healing crisis" woke me up to see that the freedom I thought was waiting for me someday in the future was already available to me now if I could learn to focus on what was already beautiful right here, right now.
Use this tapping sequence whenever you're feeling rundown with the to-dos of life. After tapping: what would you like to focus your "appreciation muscle" on today?
