It can be SO overwhelming to try and control all of the crazy things we've been exposed to and continue to be assaulted by: conventional foods, the vaccines we got growing up, fragrances, tap water, plastics, moldy houses, EMFs, heavy metals, blue lights, canola oil, gums, preservatives, food additives, supplement fillers, etc.
And... it can feel like we have to be hypervigilant to control and avoid all of these endocrine disrupters & neurotoxins in order to heal... only to find ourselves sick from the constant stress and feeling the need to control everything around us!
This tapping video is to help release what is out of your control and to focus on what is within your control with a sense of lightness and empowerment.
