Almost all of you have tried special diets and protocols with the hopes of resolving some of your GI discomfort.
You likely cut out all your favorite foods, ordered a bunch of supplements, yet still find yourself with symptoms even after trying protocol after protocol.
This can be so exhausting and frustrating. I deeply understand: I spent MANY years chasing symptoms and trying to supplement and "diet" them away to no avail. It wasn't until I started working with my nervous system and adopting a more intuitive approach to food that things started to click for me. I know the same is possible for you, as well!
