Not being able to sleep is one thing. Panicking about not being able to sleep, or even the fear of not being able to fall asleep is a whole different beast.
Use this video to release the fear surrounding sleepless nights, whenever you need it. I find this video helpful to do as you wind down for the night to prime the brain into a state conducive to the sleep that you seek.
