Food fears, orthorexic behaviors, avoiding certain situations due to what we "can" or "can't" eat comes up a lot in the healing space.
I get it because I was there!
Rules start to take over. Safe foods and not-safe foods become the guidelines for every meal.
What once felt joyful now feels measured, rigid, and all-consuming... almost every thought revolves around food, worrying about food, or worried about having a reaction to foods.
So, what can we do? How can we release this weight and mental chaos?
How can we bring the joy and pleasure back into eating and get back to LIVING?
