For those of you that can't stop scanning for symptoms or "body checking" throughout your day: this is for you.
The brain learns this habit from the innocent place of believing that staying hyper-focused on a symptom might help us "fix" it faster... In reality, the hyper-vigilance and constant body scanning heightens the pathways in the brain that scan for danger & discomfort, while pruning back the pathways that scan for pleasure, beauty, and safety.
So, let's support the brain in releasing this habit and instead, to scan for what is going RIGHT.
After tapping, do you notice anything softens or shifts in your awareness? Please share if you feel so called!
