When it comes to making decisions, you might notice that even basic choices bring up a bit of tension & overwhelm in your system.
This comes from a good place! There's a part of you wanting to make sure you make the right decision and don't feel a sense of regret or missing out after the fact.
I get it: it can be paralyzing. I experienced this intensely from big decisions (do I go on this trip to Cambodia!?) to the smallest, most mundane (should I get the mild cheddar or the sharp cheddar?!)
Even deciding what to order while out to eat or what color underwear to buy can feel intensely stressful...but it doesn't have to be this way.
