There is a shift happening in the wellness space and I couldn't be more thrilled.
What was once sold as the idea of nervous system regulation, mood elevation, and "raising your vibration" in order to heal is being wisely replaced. Now, we have the understanding that constantly shifting, micromanaging, and pretending to feel better than we do is exactly what keeps the nervous system feeling broken and hypervigilant.
We are now stepping into the era where nervous system work is about building the capacity to meet whatever emotion, story, sensation, or symptom is arising and actually feel it, without trying to change it or make it go away.
And in the process of learning to feel, express, and let things move, we realize that so much of what we have been resisting and trying to control will naturally TRANSFORM when we give it the time, space, and support to do so.
