If it feels like it's taking too long to heal, this sequence is for you.
What if it's taking exactly as long as it needs to? What if your body is already working overtime to keep things healing and progressing, and it's only the mind that finds frustration with this speed?
What would it do to TRUST the healing process and allow ourselves as much time as it takes?
How would this change the manner in which we move through each meal, each appointment, each errand?
What would we think about in the middle of a flare-up if we remembered that the body is already trying its best to mitigate the effects?
Maybe when we take the pressure off of healing needing to happen at a certain speed or within a certain time frame, things can fall that much more beautifully into rhythm.
