Even though you know how much better you feel after taking some time to rest and reset, you might find it difficult to do so!
Maybe you feel like rest is unproductive and you should just push through?
Maybe you feel like you'll get more done if you ignore your fatigue and just keep going?
Maybe you feel like you'll fall behind if you take a few moments to reset?
The funny thing is rest is actually strategic in that when you replenish yourself, you actually are more productive, get more done, and it feels EASIER and more JOYFUL in the process.
Use this NSDR when you know you need to rest but your mind is resisting taking time for your self.
