Tapping for Loneliness
Recent Additions • 15m
The last couple of years might've brought up intense feelings of loneliness, isolation, and feeling alone in the midst of trying to heal.
If this resonates, I had you in mind while filming this simple eft sequence.
I know firsthand that the brain likes to test us and challenge us with the opportunity to help us grow.
It will continue testing us with stories that feel burdensome until we learn to question them, detach, and eventually, write the story of our own choosing.

If you experienced the weight of isolation & continue to be tested by feeling like you're wading through the mud and waiting to feel like you belong, use this simple technique to lighten the load and remember:
you're never alone when you have yourself.
Curious: what comes up for you after tapping? Feel free to share below!
