The last couple of years might've brought up intense feelings of loneliness, isolation, and feeling alone in the midst of trying to heal.

I know firsthand that the brain likes to test us and challenge us with the opportunity to help us grow.
It will continue testing us with stories that feel burdensome until we learn to question them, detach, and eventually, write the story of our own choosing.
That is truly where our power lies as we move through this wild and rolling experience of life.
