I know many of you experience the feeling that once x, y, and z happen, thennnnn you'll be able to relax and enjoy your life.
You find yourself thinking: "Once this symptom goes away, then I'll be more playful."
"Once this is over, then I'll make more time to slow down."
"Once I finish this, then I'll have the space to take a break and spend time with friends."
When in reality, postponing your joy, aliveness, and play for a future date ends up postponing it indefinitely.
Our job is to learn how to claim the feeling we seek (joy! abundance! health! magic! creativity! love!) right now, not waiting for life to be perfect before we allow ourselves to feel what we came here to experience.
