It's such a common feeling: you're wired, tired, scrambled, overwhelmed, yet you feel like you don't have a moment to pause, feel, and recalibrate.
Perhaps you're a full time parent, work a demanding job, or struggle to find enough energy beyond managing your health situation to "relax."
If that's the case, this short guided breathing exercise is intended to support you in developing intentional breathing habits that will support you no matter how busy or depleted you are. You can come back to this practice whenever you need it: on the subway, while driving, cooking, cleaning, running an errand: whenever you choose to give your body a little gift of support and care.
