Yet, they can overtake us when the body is experiencing metabolic dysfunction and chronic states of depletion, preventing the normal softening that allows us to return to a peaceful and joyous baseline.
Sometimes, it helps to remember:

2️⃣ this storm will pass. It always does.
3️⃣this experience is not only okay, but a kind of ripening of YOU and a chance to refine your edges as you become more graceful, wise, loving, and well, even more human.
